SOFTWARE
Inspired by the vision of Richard M. Stallman, founder of the Free Software movement, this work explores the concept of Free Software and the transformative power of sharing knowledge.
It highlights the four essential freedoms of free software:
- The freedom to use the software for any purpose
- The freedom to study and adapt the code
- The freedom to share copies
- The freedom to improve and share those improvements
Unlike proprietary software, which keeps its source code secret and restricts users, Free Software invites collaboration and transparency.
It's not just a technical choice, but a social statement: knowledge only grows when it is shared. In a world increasingly shaped by digital systems, the License to Share is both a right and a responsibility.
