Lioh Möller

Born in 1976, Lioh Möller is recognized as one of the initial artists who developed Urban Expressionism, a style that merges street art aesthetics with new media technologies. Growing up immersed in urban culture, Möller's artistic journey began with traditional street art and evolved to incorporate electronic media, starting with ANSI and ASCII art, becoming one of the first artists to incorporate artificial intelligence into her creations.

Her unique approach combines the raw energy of urban environments with cutting-edge technology.

Möller's work is often provocative, engaging with political issues and Zeitgeist themes. While remaining deeply connected to street culture, she has adopted less invasive methods like glued posters, demonstrating a commitment to both artistic expression and community respect.

Her practice extends to installations and performances, often designed to be impermanent and dynamic within public spaces. Embracing the ephemeral nature of urban life, some of her works exist for only a few hours.

This transient quality has become a defining feature of her work, challenging traditional notions of art preservation and emphasizing the fleeting moments of urban existence.
