Museum

What is the purpose of a museum? Each piece of art that goes there, seems to be dying. Or was it already dead and only needed to be preserved? Can a museum be something else as well? A space where art is born, created and shown. A place of learning, not only of appreciation. Do you prefer to visit Falcos grave in Vienna or the Albertina?
